Half-Day Executive Speaker Workshop

Dear CEO,

Understanding Your EI
(Emotional Intelligence) is Key to Influencing Positive Organizational Behavior

Attend the Workshop: Harness Your Emotional Intelligence for Greater Business Success

Three Dates!

March 19, 20, and 21 from 7:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

95% of leadership success is tied to emotional intelligence

CEOs are “doers” by nature. But a leader’s success depends less on the ability to get things done and more on the ability to influence others to behave in ways that will benefit the business.

Become a more Effective Leader by Identifying Your EI Pattern

Join fellow CEOs in a half-day workshop focused on identifying and understanding your Emotional Intelligence makeup.

Through an Emotional Quotient (EQ) assessment, participants will become aware of their how their emotional functioning manifests itself into sometimes predictable patterns of behavior that can limit success.

Participants Will Discover:

  • Why you should develop your Emotional Intelligence
  • How Emotional Intelligence differs from Intelligence Quotient (IQ)
  • Ways “harnessing” Emotional Intelligence translates into bottom line results
  • The results of your personal Emotional Intelligence assessment
  • Techniques to help continually develop your Emotional Intelligence
  • Ways to build Emotional Intelligence with your team
